A hidden gem off the Surf coast hwy is the Sana Recovery Sauna & Studio. I was honoured to capture Zen Life’s Mind Set workshop held at the studio. Such a beautiful place! Featuring ice baths, sauna, studio space, peaceful relaxing areas, lush gardens and grass area to relax on, plus a kiosk with refreshments. Highly recommended, I will be visiting again soon!
