I had the pleasure to attending the opening of the first Geelong City Market. Wow… so impressive and busy! The market is filled with local produce, food, drink and creatives from businesses and producers around the region.

In addition, the GCM founder Simon Toohey and food waste advocate Mandy Hall, (both previous MasterChef contestants), did a live cooking show amongst the market stalls, which was such a treat!
